We cannot accept any responsibility once your box has been delivered.
We are unable to accept responsibility for spoiled goods due to weather or theft of boxes.
All effort will be made to contact you if we are unable to either locate your address for delivery.
However, if you have supplied us with an incorrect phone number/address and/or are unable to give us entry at time of delivery, you will still be charged for you order.
We understand things happen, and plans change, but please respect that we have gone to effort to harvest your personal order and if you cannot collect your veggie box or if a delivery needs to change we appreciate notice asap or fee's may apply.
A cancellation fee of $20 applies for orders cancelled after the order cut off time.
Order cut off time for delivery is 2pm that day.
Missing items/ quality query
If you receive an item which you feel is of poor quality please contact us immediately, we are happy to offer a refund or credit should we deem it necessary. We pack each order individually in order to ensure the quality of produce.
If you are missing an item from your order please contact us immediately and we can either refund or add it to your next order.
